Submissions

Before filling out form, please read the following agreement and terms and
conditions: Form registration is required and that the information on this form is used
by Neon Productions Radio and Musictogousa.com only and will NOT be shared, sold
or given to any person, company or entity. Once the submission form is completed,
your music will be broadcast. Any artist that has sent music to our music director will
not be broadcast if the artist did not register with us. This is a one-time registration
and registration gives us permission to broadcast your music (if you are not PRO
registered) and also gives us permission to place your name and music on our
request pages and also gives us permission to use your image or cd cover within the
song files associated with your image or cd cover. You also understand that we have
the right to make one copy of all music that is sent to us via email as a back-up
copy. No other copies are made without written permission by the artist. All artists
must own the copyright of their music or hold license for the performance of music
which the artist does not own the copyright. This may be Creative Common General
License or specific license issued by the copyright owner. You understand that
broadcast of any music is at our discretion. We are not obligated to broadcast any
material that is inappropriate for our general listening audience, improperly encoded
or is poor quality, nor are we required to put your music on our request pages.
